Exceptional growth and development

Everyday was different and challenging in a good way. The team I worked with was always in the same spirit, focused and goal orientated. Work can first and I enjoyed every bit of it. I learnt about customer service and how no 2 customer's are the same.I enjoyed meeting new people everyday and seeing them smile with the experience they had at the shop.

Pros: Learning about customer satisfaction and customer is always right. Catering to customers and their needs making sure they leave the shop with having a great experience at the shop so they return. Great growth and development skills gained.
Cons: Long workinf hours but because of the exceptional team they made the long hours feel shorter and also because I loved every bit of the job.

Reading and Writing

I consider myself as a hard worker and punctual individual. I am a dedicated person who is able to operate under pressure. I believe I am a person who have excellent time management and able to meet deadlines. I am person who has excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to speak clearly, confidently and understandably in order to discuss issues for clarification and explanation and ability to answer queries in a concise manner.
