I have been working for Mr Price for 6years.
I'm Tumelo Tsela from Westonaria. I was working for Mr Price for 6years. I have 5years of experience in management. I have been a store supervisor for 1year, And a store assistant leader for 3 years. My duties was; managing Inventory Sales Customer service Cashier Administration clerk Stock room clerk I believe that being a Manager/assistant leader is more about delegations/ leaders play a more vital role . I would strive for leading my team/ growing my team and importantly inspiring my team. I believe that if my team is happy my business would be taken care of.
Pros: I want to bring the experience I got from Mr Price in to the company and also learn more about the company. I'm a hard worker,I also want to experience new things because I'm a hard worker,I also want to do the best of my abilities in everything I do for the company so that we reach the company goals.
Cons: Working long hours for the company is more of gaining experience and being able to reach the companies standers.be part of management is about working long hours so that u accomplish goals/standers of the company.

Poor
Love my job very much but i dont like the workng hours the salary i dont like how little time i have with my famirly i dont get weekends off holidays am working. Staff dont realy have voice to speak out when mistreated no steps will be taking agaist superior whos misusing his or her power over staff. Rather than that i love working with customers giving them best expirience helping out in issues they face regarding their accounts. Helping them get their credit and give them all the information they need

Fast learner , able to anay task without help
I am a team player , ready to help any one who I work with, good relationship, respect , respect all my management staff and listen to them , if It happen I became ssuccessful candidate I will do my best for the company and my team staff, so we can grow company and gate some promotions and goo further more

Excellent learning curve
It taught me more about the retail industry and how work is actually been done how people grow in the company and how the people are being appreciated for the hard work they put in so this help me to try to least get to the top and be more effective and hard working.

Good opportunities
I've learned so many things about business and also to control stock.I have so many ideas of making money in a business and im good with planning and delivering good daily or monthly target.at first it was a challenge but I ended up gaining knowledge through it

A day at Mr Price money
My job comes with excellent benefits such as medical aid and incentives. Been in my position requires alot of patience as we dealing with customers on a daily basis. I have amazing people skills therefore my relationship with my co-workers are incredible as been a team player is what is important. I'm learnt alot about adapting to change as within my company there are alot of changes been made sometimes monthly. I've learnt telephonic skills alongside typing skills. I enjoy the people around me along with the company's value and passion as that's what Mr Price stands for. The most challenging aspect of my job would be keeping up to been top collect as that is my main goal monthly as I've received certificates on been top collector. I would say a typical day at work is generally calling customers on a day to day basis to pay their accounts. Processing emails and putting queries through. Ensuring I keep up the QA stands of the company.

Efficient learner
I'm always punctual and have well work ethics An excellent team worker with a ability of leading skills I have learnt to interact with people and to give the best customer service . And I enjoy talking to customers and helping them. I panic when I'm behind work schedule but I'm busy working with my problem to try and relax when things don't go accordingly
