Good work experience

I am a Language consultant who teaches English as a secondary language to international students. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers as we understand each other well. My job has taught me to very patient and understanding but also to never crack under pressure. I also have learnt that we have to do whatever it takes to make our clients happy. I like getting the feeling of satisfaction whenever the clients are happy I did. The most challenging parts are when the clients are being difficult.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain customer service experience
Cons: Shifts end late

Excellent learning curve

Working at MPC was a great opportunity. A typical work day includes teaching foreign students English and assisting students with the material they struggled with. The most challenging aspect of the job was teaching toddlers who were not interested in the lesson a.

Good part time

Teach adults and children English online sometimes fast paced lot of pressure long days. Sometimes the opposite depending on clients...........................,.................... ...... ...... ...... ..... ..... .........................................................................................................................

Excellent learning curve

The job is essentially going into videoncalls that have PowerPoint lessons to go through. A high percentage of the lessons are terribly written with so many English mistakes. Many of the students you work with will have technical problems and be very frustrated. Some of the lessons I've had i make some great conversations with people and have the chance to really help people improve their English, that is the best part of the job. Unfortunately most students are misleveled unless they have a stronger basis of English.

Pros: Enchanted my customer relation skills
Cons: Long working hours and some students only being able to speak Chinese

Good learning curve

Not much to except that I learned a lot working there and working with people from all over the world was a lovely experience which I will forever be grateful for that

Great work experience

kingWorking at MPC Recruitment is a great entry level job for graduates who are looking for working experience. Working at MPC has taught me many computer skills, interpersonal and intrapersonel skills along the way.

Pros: Can work overtime to increase salary.
Cons: Classes become tedious over time.

Brilliant learning curve

Working for my company is absolutely amazing. The staff and clients are wonderful and I am subjected to a warm and comforting environment every day I come to work. I work from 8:30 up until 18:30, so long hours are not a problem for me. My co-workers are friendly and offer support and help anytime you ask for it. I have gained the power of patience and this is what I have enjoyed the most. I have had to deal with difficult clients and overeager visitors, but always completed the task successfully.

Pros: Amazing staff
Cons: Work on weekends

I am grateful for the opportunity but it's not a place I wanna be at in terms of growth and it's the same thing everyday..I feel like I need fresh air and m suffocating on knowledge I can share and groom other people on

Excellent learning curve

Always looked forward to a day in the office as speaking to clients and solving their concerns in relation to the product gave life and meaning to everyday space. Hence,MPC gave me an opportunity in the hardest industry, as it equipped us with how to handle customers. The management was always on our disposal to assist us in helping customers and other personal issues. The hardest part of the job was when clients did not receive much satisfaction in the previous assistance
