Excellent learning curve

Excellent system knowledge

i enjoy interacting with different people i work well under pressure, and adapt well to change my co workers can rely on me as i am a team player the objective of my job, is to ensure all queries are resolved and POD's are on current All transport invoices to be processed and paid within the month Ensure safety within the mill

Always up for a challange

Each day has its own agenda. I have learned to multi task at a very high level. I enjoy working with a big variety of different cultures and learning & uplifting the co-workers that did not have the same back ground as most of the fellow employees. My most challenging gaol was receiving my Human Resource Management National Diploma - I worked through the day and did night classes. I have learned that no matter what : Only you alone can manage your future by the way you think act and speak. I believe everyone can achieve !!!

Pros: not working on holidays/ weekends / 8- 4 daily/ production bonus 3 monthly

My experiences

i am a very energetic person, in my current position it does not allow me to be myself, i am at reception and it is not where i want to be, i am not challenged in my work and it is very frustration for me, some days i enjoy working at reception because i get to meet new people, i have learnt to be professional in every scenes of the word. i have a good relationship with my co-workers and the customers.

Pros: there are opportunities i just don't see myself growing in reception work
Cons: hours is a 8 hour day monday to friday

Professional machine setter

I am a seasoned and well-groomed injection mold machine technician. I perform setting, maintenance and process optimization of injection mold machine. I am well exposed to a wide range of polymer materials, I commissioning new molds and develop programs, I specialize with hydraulic sequential, pneumatic sequential, hot runner and cold runners. I ensure the continuous running machine at the optimum cycle time to produce quality products. As a setter I fulfill all aspects of machinery tool changes, from hanging a tool and securing the tool in the machine through to the use of programming software and setting up the robots to provide the optimum cycle time.

Good learn and have much experience

I have work in different departments in this last 5yrs including where I'm currently working. So I don't dout for taking me as one of employees you won't get disappointed. I can work also efluent plant ; I can work as supervisor. So I'm flexible and adapt myself any kind of stuation.

Best learning

I learnt a lot about logistics and the way things are done compared to the background that I had from the previous company. All that coupled has helped me better do my job
