Hard worker

I work as areceptionist/administrator, I make sure of timesheets are accurate and sent on time every week, Imake sure expense claim are accurate and sent on time montly. I prepare xerox report weekly and attaendace register.Answering the office telephone, ensure out going are put though promptly ,ensure calls that are coming in are answered promptly, maintaning the reception area ensuring neat and presantable all the time.provide assistance to all the staff in respect of administration to meet project deadlines etc. I have general relationship with the staff. I have learned timemanagemnet.

Excellent learning something new

Morar is a nice company to work for except that you will travel too much. You'll learn s lot of things on accounting and auditing and the salary is not bad and we're paid for travelling.

Pros: being given more responsibility cause on that way I get the chance to learn more

Excellent learning curve.

Extremely busy throughout the year. Exposure is provided throughout the organisation with different spheres. The workplace is extremely cultured and has a vast number of people from different backgrounds. Executives are approachable and are willing to assist at any given point.

Pros: Vast opportunity for growth
Cons: Inadequate balance of responsibilities and remuneration

What I expected it to be but there isn't any growth for me as I am Working for an accounting firm.

The company is really brilliant with what they do and I am in a position where there is no growth for me as an individual as I studied IT and working in an accounting environment. I will like to venture into an organisation has expertise in my field of study.

Pros: Gaining knowledge from an accountancy point of view.
Cons: No area for growth.

Exposure to different fields and clients

y it is a great learning environment as you get to learn about the different fields like accounting, taxation and auditing. There is a wide variety of clients which you learn from and adapt to these environments.

Pros: Great learning exposure with different clients in the different fields
Cons: Tight deadlines
