I work as areceptionist/administrator, I make sure of timesheets are accurate and sent on time every week, Imake sure expense claim are accurate and sent on time montly. I prepare xerox report weekly and attaendace register.Answering the office telephone, ensure out going are put though promptly ,ensure calls that are coming in are answered promptly, maintaning the reception area ensuring neat and presantable all the time.provide assistance to all the staff in respect of administration to meet project deadlines etc. I have general relationship with the staff. I have learned timemanagemnet.

Good learning experience and exposure

Working at Morar is a very good experience as you get to work with different clients and industries and learn something new each day. You an opportunity to work independently and in a team as well. I am a good team player and able to work well independently and in a team. I work very well with my co-workers and have a good working relationship. You get exposed to working with different people and learning more from them. You get exposed to working in both public and private industries.

I have keen eye to detail and very tentive to instructions

To work at the current company it give me joy and great deal to improve on what ever task i am given at a particular time. Every environment k work in i make sure that is friendly and people i work with i respect as i deserve the same and communicate professional all the time. Dress code is strictly perfect for accounting sector and professional dealing are outstanding as well

Excellent learning curve.

Extremely busy throughout the year. Exposure is provided throughout the organisation with different spheres. The workplace is extremely cultured and has a vast number of people from different backgrounds. Executives are approachable and are willing to assist at any given point.

It is a great place to learn especially when you still need the exposure.

It is a great place to learn especially when you still looking for the exposure. Work long hours due to the nature of the job as we have different clients and most of the time the deadline for the clients are the same, therefore, working long hours is the only solution to ensure that deadlines are met and still have a good relationship with the client.
