Excellent team work

We work as a team, but management sometimes we don't have communication. I learn a lot of things the way to talk to each other, respect, teamwork. The most challenging you must be smart, fast and always be conscious.

Excellent food beverage experience gained

I have a huge experience in managing production and people. I have been promoted to many levels of the company for the past 20 years. I have learnt a lot in working with diverse team of people. I'm fully equipped to work in any company and unleashed my potential.

Great opportunity to gain loads of experience and a large international company

great opportunity to gain loads of experience and a large international company. Depending on role one can have flexible work hours will never be office bound as there are always issues to fix on the shop floor In my department the work relationship is very good but there is a battle with senior management and regarding being open and inclusive

Pros: Great Oppertunities if you are willing to put your hand up
Cons: you will always be expected to take on more and more - you are a number
