Excellent experience

My company was all about accurately and adhere to your duties. Your work was you life and monitoring the screen become fun cause you knew the route first and you just need to be there at all time. It's was exciting cause you can see your importance in a company and you feel responsible for anything that can go wrong. Sending report was a daily time cause everything that's happens withing the control room was your responsibility, if you are in shift. It's was like you are the man of the house during that time and you wouldn't let your family down and my family was my company at that's time. I so miss the environment though, so that's why I feel that I am the best candidate for this position.

To review these guidelines again, take a look at Section 6 of MiX Telematics' Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy. Provide a great code of conduct to Business. The dressing code always up to date. Does not support equal job opportunities, because if the post comes up and you apply they first call your managers and if doesn't agree of you going. They won't allow you to pursue that dream job of yours. White employees earn more than Black employees that's the downfall for the company.

Proving the superior service to the client

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. A typical day is when experiencing a high call volume. A relationship with my co-workers is good on all levels. l have learnt to be polite and diplomatic with clients. l enjoy interacting with client and co-workers. The most challenging aspect of my job is when l'm unable to assist clients with their queries immediately.

Customer service

I work for 8 hours I have a good relationship with my colleagues. What I have learnt from my company is to always give clients the best customer service they expect and also have a good relationship with them. What I love most about my company are the Colleagues that they help you when you have complecate queries. We don't work long hours. The most challenging work aspect is client that are difficult to understand the company's requirements and clients who always dispute the contract.

Pros: Opportunity for promotions and apply for any department
Cons: Lot of Pressure

Customer service

Customer service, sales force, working together with my team, work under pressure, I enjoy helping customers with complex queries, the most challenging is when the client don't want to agree with company policies with paying the settlement fees.

Poor learning curve

I'm passionate about vehicles, looking forward to facing new challenges and opportunities. Over coming challenges has always been my number one priority. I'm a hard-working person who is very focused as well, I take my job very serious at all times and I feel confident enough to say I'm the right person for this job.

Hard working, dependable and loyal. goal driven , love to plane for the further.

working is 8hr, Love working with different department and people, have a great relationship with staff and Customers. That you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it and do not depend on someone els. I enjoy working with people ,different department and different companys.
