Being able to adapt to any situation that is presented to you

something that my company has taught me is that change is always constant, its inevitable you should be able to find a way to make it work to fit your situation. this is quite challenging as it may be difficult to plan ahead as you do not know what is coming next. the co-workers are vibrant and when we have sport days they more than happy to participate what I enjoy the most? is being able to write my own cheque at the end of the month as we work with commission as well.

Very excellent learning curve

It is a very good company to work for in terms of growing and learning. The coworkers are easy to work with. The working hours are extremely long. Miway also grants weekly incentives

Positive ,self motivated, hard worker and up for a challenge

Good day, I have dealt with alot of clients and the beauty of it is the fact I enjoy assisting clients ,making sure I am able to help them , it keeps me on my toes to assist different people with different issues but that isn't the only reason why I love doing what I do , working under pressure motivates me to grow and seek bigger challenges ... Excellent People skills

Selling Insurances, Working in an unstable environment, company policies changes now and then incompetent management, working voluntarily on weekends without payments

I am very happy and enjoy my work ,just need a change were i can grow.

During my work experience at Miway I was fortunate enough to have experienced first-hand and learned, many different sides of what goes into a organisation , the general process of how an task is initially planned, developed and completed; as well as how much work and detail goes into every stage. Another valuable lesson I have learned during these months , were the insight into the different types of roles and responsibilities that I could perform, as an Insurance consultant

My work is all about making sure that we satisfy our client's expectations.. Excellent

I am taking outbound calls, generatoing leads for the department. I use to meet my department goals every months. I had a friendly experience with my co-workers and managers.
