Great working experience
I work as a team leader on the Qantas account and amongst manny I am entusted with managing operations at our call centre. I am responsible for ensuring that we meet the client's needs and expectees when it comes to sales, customer service and quality of the service. I work very well with my co-workers and my charismatic personality makes it easier. Of all the things I do I enjoy motivating my team and ensuring they excell at what they do as that makes me look good too. Customer service is not for everyone, but I must say I totally enjoy being the help. The most difficult thing about my current job is managing time between all my roles, operations, managing the team, evaluating the team, dealing with the client needs and many more.

Its a great learning curve .. i have gained a lit of experience. With in the industry.
I am a hard worker eager to learn new things and i am team worker. I like challenges . I have worked in customer service for more than 5 yrs now .. and 4 yrs in the call center enviroment .
Pros: It will be appreciated to grow with in the company

Good job for young people
It's a lovely place to work people are nice friendly and very helpful, everyday you walk in it feels like visiting a family member or family gathering. There is potential growth but very very hard to grow, but it is a lovely environment to work in an a nice company to work for

Excellent view into the industry
Taking calls like this you have to be accurate as to what market has what rules or you mess up the entire bookings. we would have get togethers outside of work just to get to know each other and unwind. I've learnt how the airline industry works. It's not like what Trevor Noah says of when he was at the airport and wanted to make a change. It's not just one button it's a lot of checking, and typing in a lot of info, in order to find a seat or space to satisfy the client. I enjoyed the customer satisfaction. When you have no other option but to say no to a request made..

We make sure that our cumpony is running at full capacity Our main responsibility : • Create and support strategic planning • Compile and analyze financial reports • Audit records • Problem solve • Data Management • Manage operational team • Provide guidance and direction to internal team for improving operational performance. • Ensure business operations are in compliance with company policies and best practices.

It’s a nice place but am ready to go for something new to grow and filed up my carrier with new experience and knowledge since this offer are more similar with what I have been doing the past years I thinkf this is a good opportunity for me
