Excellent career progression

I started working at miladys as a helper to clean the store. I got promotion to be sales lady also i was giving the best customer service,and That's when I started to do filling and admin , then been promoted to lead the staff.

Good learning

it was a good experience working as a cashier i learned to be very careful with money pay attention to every detail, give good customer service. making sure the store does not have stock loss.sign in new stock n checking all boxes are correct the quantity in all boxes are correct. i don't like the working hours even on weekend i feel the money is not enough to be at work almost everyday.loved all the people i worked with.

Work experience

Company has a great culture, need a better management structure and more hr support. Best customer service in the retail sector. Staff is commit and love their company

Willing to learn

I was a travelling visual and had 14 store's, under my supervision, before the restructuring , after I had to work in one store, so that time I was studying part time with India(national diploma in human resource) the I completed on 2016 and graduate.so am looking forward to explore and meet challenges, and still gonna study further, doing one thing everyday, no training,is a bit discouraging and demotivating

Currently a 40 hours employee

My work include Cashier Stock Taking Helping Customers Store Management Helping Customers Answering Calls Am a team player a person who perfom well even under pressure,what I enjoy best with my current job is to engage with people everyday .The most challenging thing is to knock late every day

Learning

A typical work day is making sales, worked along with everyone, not everyone liked me, but I didn't have a problem with anyone. I've learned to trust no one and to note everything down. I'll say I've enjoyed my customers most, they made my days go fast. The most challenging thing was to keep everyone happy from customers, staff to bosses
