Learned so much, great people to work with as well

In my current role as PA to the deputy director of the company I am accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. I am responsible for coordinating communications, and attending to all of his other administrative needs. This role requires professionalism, maturity, loyalty, confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I pride myself on my ability to deal with pressure and multi-task with a positive and flexible attitude. A proactive team member who can also work independently, I always aim to go above and beyond my set duties to ensure the best systems are in place to allow the organisation to function as efficiently as possible.

Tense place to work at

Okay company to work for, but due to it being family owned, there are a lot of challenges in rules and codes of conduct. The company has a lot of favoritism as well. Being black and being in management has its pros and cons, but mostly cons as I am alone in the midst's of management. I find it that one cannot voice out without being aimed at. A lot of shooting from the hip happens.

Cons: Favoritism and a lot of bickering in the background

Been Adaptive

To keep up with continuous changes in the market of your sector and been able to be adaptive and to identify when there is changes in client needs and learning how to identify where change is required in your business.

Pros: Contacts created and client retionship building. Introduction and Learning of new products continuously
Cons: No Managerial positions and open Sunday

Work constantly

Small business with three branches. Long hours to work weekends and holidays. No promosions more work with no compensation. A dead end job with no where to go

Good for opportunity for learning but no room for growth or any sort of promotion

Fairly decent workplace to work excellent staff that gets along and works well together, massive display fully stocked. Not the best management not all rules are followed

Good

Good Day Every Day at midas started the same before we opened the store. Myself and one of my co-workers always made everyone laught even clients came in jst to say morning expecting us to do something funny. Till today i am asked to come back to Midas by clients and co-workers. Unfortunately my previous employer dont believe in making mistakes. Reason being: I was offered an oppurtunity at Vw Kuilsriver and it was by far the biggest mistake i made. Today i still have a client base of over 50 cliets and i call them my friends . I have learn to work with all types of people under every circumstance. Working at Midas itself was a joyful experience. The most challenging aspects at Midas was when 3 of the co-workers did not come to work .

Learning curve

My responsibilities on a typical day include : Banking Cashing up Marking a Register Excepting cash payments from every customer. Filing Marking of PoD's

I'm a hard worker work under pressure.

I'm currently working as a sales manager,got eight years in cashier two years administration clerk doing filing and the debtors clerk and creditors .receptionist answering the incoming and outgoing calls,keeping records performing all administration work.photocopying and faxing document,

Good

I'm a hart worker and self discipline, I love knowing new things and also I love working with or without supervision, I love challenges because its open my mind positively.I do love people and my relationship with my co-workers was very excellent,I enjoyed meets new friends and I enjoy to be part of that company because it reached me so many things, I learned to socialize with different people,and also i learned how to deal with negative peole.The most challenging aspects of the job it was at the beginning of my job because I was dealing with people with different personality

Excellent learning curve

I am writing about the Drivers offered by the Transnet Company as was advertised at Career portal.
