well every morning when we open the shop i make sure i great everyone before we start touching anything therefore switch on the computer after switching on the computer i clean my working place my relationship with co-workers is motive relationship because we love one another we support one another and we motivate one another. then the activities of the day starts everyday i take my job seriously. my job as a supervise is to look after the store and making sure my staff are all co-operating in a pleased way also making sure my staff is always in a protective uniform everyday well what i have learnt is to work together with co-workers to build a successful team and to respect one name i enjoy when facing problem because i like problem solving and i enjoy leading my staff because is what i do almost everyday the most challenging aspects is when my staff are delaying to push hard or if they don't focus then we have to that the challenge i have
Pros: there is job promotion but depends on the expirience and qualities u have
Cons: Not that long only 10hours

WELL WHAT I DO ON A DAILY BASIC IS GETTING TO WORK IN TIME STATING THE JOB OF THE DAY MAKING SURE EVERYONE IS CO-OPERATING AN MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY WELL I HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS BECAUSE I TOOK THEM AS MY FAMILY I WORK WITH THEM MAKING JOKS AND LAUGH BUT I MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS WORKING HIS BEST I HAVE LEARNT THAT EVEN A YOUNG PERSON CAN LEAD OLD PEOPLE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT IM DOING EVERYDAY AND I HAVE LEARN THAT AS A LEADER U HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT U ALWAYS WORK VERY CLOSE WITH YOUR CO-WORKERS AND ALSO MAKE SURE THAT EVERY INDIVIDUAL IS HAPPY I ENJOY WHEN EVERYONE IS HAPPY AND HUSTLING TOGETHER WHEN WE TAKE OUR JOB INTO THE NEXT LEVEL THE MOST CHALENGE IS WHEN SOME OF THE CO-WORKERS ARE UNHAPPY OR ARE NOT CO-OPERATING WELL

Cons: WELL IT IS A LONG WORKING HOURS BECAUSE WE WORK FROM 07:30 TO 15: WEEK DAYS AND 08:00 TO 13:00 DURING THE WEEKEND

Its a busy, good working environment. Have high volumes of calls.Gently good offices. Good communication with my collegues, we understand each other. I learnt to be patient and courteous. I enjoyed my break times, meeting new customers and trying to help where i can. Most challenging is to keep people long on the phone. Dealing with rude customers and to keep calm.

Good
I'm a hart worker and self discipline, I love knowing new things and also I love working with or without supervision, I love challenges because its open my mind positively.I do love people and my relationship with my co-workers was very excellent,I enjoyed meets new friends and I enjoy to be part of that company because it reached me so many things, I learned to socialize with different people,and also i learned how to deal with negative peole.The most challenging aspects of the job it was at the beginning of my job because I was dealing with people with different personality

No learning
The company at large does not have promotion St all.No learning opportunities No study leave or even bursaries or study loans. Long hours no life balance as we work Monday to Monday

Excellent learning curve learned so much over the years
A typical day at work is fun and energetic I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers I believe it should be like that otherwise no one is going to enjoy their day I have learnt to be organised, punctual, neat, build good relationships with customers and those you share the office with I enjoy if we can have fun in the workplace and not always a serious atmosphere, team building days ect. What challenge me everyday is to be the best I can be and to never dissapiont

Learned so much, great people to work with as well
In my current role as PA to the deputy director of the company I am accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. I am responsible for coordinating communications, and attending to all of his other administrative needs. This role requires professionalism, maturity, loyalty, confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I pride myself on my ability to deal with pressure and multi-task with a positive and flexible attitude. A proactive team member who can also work independently, I always aim to go above and beyond my set duties to ensure the best systems are in place to allow the organisation to function as efficiently as possible.
