It is indeed an excellent learning curve

It is Very challenging to work in a construction industry as you come across new things on a daily basis. Your work is based on deadlines and targets to be met as the project continue. We work under pressure and under tight schedule. It is Good and the relevant place to groom an employee to become the best.

Pros: Now reached the stage for promotiom
Cons: Knowing the inside and outs of your work. Being able to do your work even when you are sleeping.

Excellent learning experience but poorly managed

The company looked after all employees in the past but once trouble water came the .the company allowed us to learn as much as possible but did not allow some to grow and expand their studies. Only a select few were allowed.first to suffer were the employees.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: poor management

Hardworking, fast learner

Mitsubish Hitachi power system Africa. Ccontracted to eskom power stations. ... medupi and kusile power stations which are based in limpopo and mpumalanga provinces. Which is currently biggest project of eskom

Pros: It was good to be part of those two eskom projects
Cons: 10 hours
