Excellent learning skills

Very busy on a daily basis,assessing files,pay claims,phone companies & applicants. I have a good understanding,relationship with my colleagues & bosses. I have learned a lot,customer service,good telephone & communication skills. The experience of pay different people & dealing with them. Deceased members working far from their families,wife's find out after member is deceased that,there is more children & another spouse,it teaches me a lot about life. Dealing with companies that's in arrears with payments is the most challenging aspects of my job,because are in need of the monies,minor children that needs stuff & maybe widow that's unemployed.

Pros: Working in a team increases collaboration and allows brainstorming.As a result,more ideas are developed and productivity improves. Two or more people are always better than one for solving problems,finishing off difficult tasks and increasing creativity.We share ideas on our different experiences with our applicants & learn from each other.
Cons: Commitment and trust,Communication,Diversity of capabilities,adaptability,creative freedom

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy customer satisfaction. My typical working day is checking daeth death claims. The most challenging aspect is expecting everyone to work perfectly.

Pros: We receive a 13th cheque.

Best place to learn not only about the business but pushing yourself to your limits.

Was a great stepping stone in many areas in my working career. Since at the company I have work in 4 different positions supervisor being the highest one. I learned alot, I am very foucs and goal driven I have excelled in all my job titles. Working with very different internal and external customers also molded me to not only excel in my own team but the whole company, this pushing my teams to do there best and get rewarded together. Thank you
