Excellent customer service n field

I am a reliable person. Able to work under pressure and still satisfy the customer needs. Flexible, as I am able to work any shift. I am also a team player but i can also work on my own. I have mostly worked in a customer service environment for more than two years.

Pros: it was a place where a dedicated individual can grow.
Cons: 10 hours on a long shift, but normally its 8.

Excellent learning curve

Good space but management needs to stop having favouritism and paying less than workers deserve. Training department is the best most of the skills and qualities I have i learnt from them. Fun activities and incentives given for excellent performance are the best.

Pros: Great opportunities within the business unit
Cons: Long working hours and days and pay queries on a monthly basis.

I am a person who likes to work with people,can work well under pressure,very punctuate about time and always deliver my work on time,i love learning more and learning from work others.

Working at merchants gives you a lot of pressure and you sometimes have sleepless nights fearing for your job security due to unnecessary escalation and warns. You don't have to go against management about anything or one little mistake you're

Customer service agent

being a customer service agent at merchants vodacom i've archived alot and Learned on how to be patient with clients and providing them with good service. I've learned to explain each and every product to the customers and how its used and also resolving their issues..

Good learning curve

Merchants as a company need to stop putting their business first instead of people's first. stop demoting people when promoted. their communication is very bad from management to the floor and most of all when making someone permanent it should come with benefits. Growth is there and the most fun thing about the place its the chill area

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Hardly get weekend off and leave applied always get declined
