Opportunity to learn more about travel industies.

I am a person who is dedication to a task that is been given to me. I will work extra smart in order to accomplish the task given. I have good communication skills that will render the required service that will please the customer as well as the employer, from my past working experiences, I have learned the importance of leadership skills and adhering to ones daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals. I highly believe in a positive attitude. I have also understood the link between different characters within a work place, where there is a weakness, somebody else strength will cover the gap.

Pros: i had an opportunity to learn the travel industry.
Cons: I was working 40 hours no weekends but dont mind working weekend.

Excellent for acquiring skills

Acquiring new skills and learning how to handle different situations under different circumstances. I enjoy enjoy dealing with different clients as I learn to work under pressure.

Merchants is a great company to work for, many opportunities to grow.

Merchants is a great company to work for, many opportunities to grow. My team is very vibrant with different cultural backgrounds with amazing support from colleagues to team manager. We deal with SAA Platinum members who are very demanding which requires the best product knowledge as we deal with clients telephonically and via email. I've learnt that when working as a team you learn and achieve a lot. I enjoy playing games and listening to music for stress release.

I someone how like challenges and to learn new things and a hard worker.

I will like to learn new things all the time and a hard working. I don't talk to much but am an easy person to make friendship. I can work under pressure. I have learnt a loot of things will am working in this company, how to work with the customer and be able to resolve the complaint and the Online order for customer. I enjoy typing most of the time and working with different people. The most challenging aspects of this company is when you need assistance from manager or supervisor for customer because they do want to assist if you don't understand something.
