Excellent learning opportunities for some staff

I am a very motivated and positive person with good organizational skills. Can work on my own without constant supervision I am self started and can work extremely well under pressure I am also a quick learner and adapt to new things and changes I worked for Times Media for 17 years in the finance dept of the 17 years 5 years I was the debtors’ supervisor. Had a book value of +- 6 million (national advertising accounts and later the National newspaper accounts) Had to oversea the debtors dept with 12 credit controllers (advertising and newspapers) our DSO days (debtors days outstanding) had a target of 60 and we kept it below 60. My strong points are reconciliations and solving system problems were possible. My weak points are not saying no I will always assist anyone with anything and will make sure that the work gets done on deadline I am reliable and trustworthy and my motto in life is honest is the best policy. I am also a team player and always put the company first.

Pros: Bonus Medical Aid Pension Staff meals
Cons: No Stress and I needed that

Wonderful company to work for with excellent staff members.

varsity college was a wonderful company to work for, i got along with all the staff members, some of us are still friends outside the working space. I dealt with students and walk in prospective students, and parents. Day at work was mostly adminstration when i got promoted to marketing assistant. At reception i welcomed guests, answering and screening of calls for Management, diary Management and planning of events.

Pros: The skills helped me grow for future jobs or prospects
Cons: Working Saturdays with no overtime paid

Starting at the bottom and work your way up

Capturing patient information on the in-house data system daily, relieving reception when needed as well as assisting with reception duties. General admin and maintaining a filing system on the company server. Liaising with billing and credit controllers with regards to patient information and billing coming in daily.

Pros: working monday to friday and off on weekends.
Cons: no real growth

Rather not, extremely frustrated

Assist staff with queries, handle any HR issues, service provider assistance, HO feedback, attend meetings, very good relationship with my co- workers, well I have taught staff as I have alot of expertise, as Medsol bought us from MediClinic in 2013, bored in my job, communication is extremely bad from top management, extremely frustrating

Fast Learner, willing to learn, adapt quick to change

I have more than 16 years doing fUllapool functions in Debtors, Creditor, Cash book, Wages and petty cash. My flair for figures enables me to be accurate and punctual. I am currently employed by Medsol as a Credit Controller which demands me to meet deadlines and deliver quality client services to both internal and external stakeholders. I display a practical approach to problem solving and also possess sound communication skills Adhering to agreed service levels with our clients require that we manage and control our processes and workflow

Pros: Am currently an acting supervisor
Cons: Wiling to work overtime

MEDSOL is a like family. Everyone works well together however they do lack the communication from management to staff. The salary is not market related however. They also don't offer maternity benefits as well.

Pros: Great flexi hours give
Cons: Try not to get pregnant as there are no maternity benefits

Excellent learning curve

It is a great company. There is room for growth, and to better yourself. Alot of opportunities available and flexible working hours. My team members are great and we work well together. We motivate each other in a daily basis.i have learned alit since I started working at Medsol.

Cons: Can be stressful sometimes
