Management only see to their concerns.

It is a pleasure coming to work daily. The co-workers are pleasant. When starting your day things can get a bit hectic,but as I am experienced to handle the busy practice over the years. I have learnt patience and handling impatient patients. Medicross have been a part of my life for 18 years and I enjoyed my time here. Learning new programs and new people is just a plus .Broadening my horizon daily.

Pros: U can take all your experience and deal with any problem whether work related or personal.
Cons: There is no room for working yourself up.

No growth

nursing patient recording charging procedures i haven't learn a thing. no nice colleagues no sick leave. rude clients. rude manager. some they tell you how long they have been working there.

Excellent working skills

Please note that I am still new in the company,I am working part-time and I am still learning the environment of the company. What I can say about the company is that team work support is active,they provide accurate training before customer facing and the management always follow up with their stuff members,

Pros: Promotion oppportunities
Cons: normal working hours
