Hardworking

On daily bases befo II have a cery good relationship with my co-workers re i start work I always make sure I have a to do list for the day I am a hardworking person, a person who is paying attention to details and also a team player. I am a punctual person and always good to work with and I work very well with people and I never limit myself when it comes to work.

You learn something new everyday

Need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Target driven company Always be a team player. And most important of all ...work smart not harder. Time management skills is very important in our company. As mentioned we are a target driven company and need to reach our set targets everyday. My co-workers is helpful as we are a support centre we always support each other by assisting where assistance is required. I love the work..but at times it doesvget very stressful but you then, just need to stay focus through the stormy days... it cannot rain forever.

Experience in the Banking Sector, Franchise Industry, IT Industry and Medical Industry

I am currently working at MEDICHARGE as a Software Test Analyst. My daily routine includes extracting requirements for specification document, Create Test Plans and execute, Run Project Testing on my own and give feedback to Manager and Project Manager, Organising Workshops with Core Testing Team, and Knowledge Transfer on the new employees coming into the team. I also do retest of defects tickets, the workflow is from QA (Quality Assurance) environment to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment to Training environment and finally on Production environment. I’m driven, team player, honest very meticulous person. I am also part of the Emergency Evacuation Warden.

GOOD LEARNING PLACE

THERE WAS NO SUCH THING AS A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK, EVERYDAY HAD ITS OWN CHALLENGES. I HAD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MOST OF MY CO-WORKERS AND SOME ARE CLOSE FRIENDS NOW, BUT WORK IS WORK AND HOME IS HOME, NO MIXING THE TWO. I HAVE LEARNED TO WORK A PROGRAM CALLED VERICLAIM, CHANGES THAT WAS MADE WITH MEDICAL AIDS AND HOW TECHNOLOGY WAS GROWING AND IMPROVING AND MAKING LIFE EASIER. I ENJOYED WORKING WITH MEDICAL AIDS AND DR'S MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOBS WAS THAT EVERY PRACTICE WAS IMPORTANT AS THE NEXT AND ALL WANTED THERE STUFF DONE IMMEDIATELY. I THINK I WORK BEST WHEN UNDER PRESSURE, MULTI TASKING AND FAST THINKING/PLANNING IS PART OF MY EXPERIENCE AND I CAN HANDLE IT EXCEPTIONALLY.

Pros: NORMAL WORKING HOURS - RECEIVE 1 HOUR FREE EVERY MONTH -
Cons: NOT TO MUCH POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH ONCE SETTLED IN A POSITION
