Adaptation to new environment
when I meet people who don't enjoy what I doJust a crazy fun chap who's always laughing and with a smile. I enjoy chats and just to know people I work with to avoid certain small misunderstandings. But sometimes it gets very challenging when I meet people who don't enjoy what I do but I always do my best to adapt to their environment. but I always do my best to adapt to their environment.

Good learning curve
Learned to work allon and in the team Working long hours Working shifts Working in the whole plant I have learned everything I know about machinery I have learned that I don't have to rely on someone to push me to do good I have learned that I am capable of doing wonderful work I have learned to work with my hand and trust my decisions

Need more experience in Engineering field
I am a self motivated person ,hard working ,willing to learn .My listening and communication skills help me to relates with different people.I have leadership skill as I always stand for Forman when ever when he is not around.
Pros: I enjoying working as a Millwright as my duties I have to make sure all Machine are in good working condition and maintenance we do it according to standard OEM

Excellent learning , good engineering exposure
I am newly qualified , so they still paying me the apprentice money.I work with a team on friendly people and they always prepared to help. I work in the whole plant , and I help anyone who need help .I have learn both mechanical and electrical skills as a millwright, I would consider myself to be good in both trades.

Im hard working i work at mccain foods for 5 years problem i must work as fixed contract they dnt wan and i work hard working on position of a permenant person on position then now we stop becouse of covid ))19t to register me
