Great experience gained
MBD is great company to work for, on daily basis the main focus is always about having fun while reaching your targets and pushing for more to get incentives and win what is up for grabs as we have different criterias everyday. I am a very talkative, fun person that always make everybody laugh around me and also motivate others as we always work as a Team to beat our competitors. I have learnt alot from MBD like how to manage time and be able to work under pressure, being firm, professional and assertive with customers as I was a softy before. I enjoy being at work everyday because the team that I am working with has become a family as we have been working together for over two years now and I enjoy the great moments we share in the business celebrating each one's success. At times it is challenging due to the pressure that we work under as to reaching the targets, push for first place on the panel of our competitors(other companies) month to month in terms of rankings.

Excellent learning curve
It has been such a great experiece and i have learnt so much. A day with my co-workers is always a day of hardwork and determination. We have our laughter a fun but we always focus on our work to. The most challenges would be meeting your targets on some days but with putting in the extra hour one always recovers. The on thing i enjoy the most at my job is doing my job.

I am a hard worker and a team player who delivers as requested
I am a 25 year old male, a hard worker, great team player and a very dedicated to doing the best of my ability to be successful. Passion is what drives me and delivery is part of my game within the duties and task that I’m given to take part in, I perform all my given tasks and duties to the peak of my level with great and positive attitude. My result in all given opportunities for me to show my skills, competencies and capabilities. What I lack in experience I will make up for through hard work I am very talented and assertive, young, full of life, vibrant and an initiator with a very great creative spark.

Always giving my best and making sure daily productivity is met
Its a very challenging environment because in a daily basis I have to monitor 15 agents make sure and check their daily productivity and making sure the enviriomant is conducive

I have been given an opportunity to learn
The company has great potential to grow and improve its market base. The culture has not fully defined due to a high turnover in the key departments such as the call center. Seniority rule gives the company a disadvantage in defining its culture as those with powers determine what needs to happen. Great opportunities to learn however, and growth opportunities as the company is big

Great skills development.
It is a vibrant place to work in. Lots of people so you learn a lot of different cultures and develop a spirit of ubuntu at the same time because every person comes with their own personality and values. I've been able to learn a lot about sharing space with others and to learn tolerance.

I am very hardworking person .
I usually work extra hours to assist the company I have a very good relationship with colleagues I have learnt to be more responsible to also come up with innovative ideas that would improve a service in MBD. I enjoy my work because I engage with different type of people everyday. The most challenging prospect of the job is to always stay humble to clients at all times. Customer relations is a very important and crucial matter.
Pros: Its good to work there cause i am working with lawyers who encourage me to go to school.

Get work experience
the company is terible poor management and poor reporting structure not enough money however there's relatively good working hours.there's is a bit of racism where money and progress is concern.

Good working environment
Mbd trained me and made me to be the best that I am today. At first it was hard for me but now am able to tackle everything that is doable and difficult. Am able to negotiate, listen, assist, and also handle the most unhappy client and make them happy.
