Negotiation skill

MBD thought me how to negotiate with debtors/ customers, how to communicate with them,how to handle angry/ happy customer ,how to deal with their situations or emotions

Excellent learning curve

The job is quite an interesting job, Because learning doesn't end. The interaction with customers are telephonically and it's amazing most of the time, I work with staff that keeps me motivated to do better as it is collections and there are competition all the way, I learnt that hard work pays off,Dedication and sacrifices leads to a much better tomorrow, I enjoy the competition staff bring across to one another the most, I don't have any difficulties with this job

Excellent environment

Its an amazing environment to work for, though there are challenges as any work place, the hours are flexible and there are great opportunities for growth. The management is the best and very helpful

Negotiation skill

I have learn about communication skill i have learn about negotiation skill as well as team work, I respect my job. I learn to respect people as well ,come up with the ideas in a team.I most enjoy when we drives where by there is a prices to be won if you achieve your standards or your targets, the challenges is when I get difficult customer,and my job is to calm him/ her down so then we reach agreement.

Good way to learn

We work with debtors ,always negotiating for payment and the best thing I've learned is to have good listening skills in order to achieve what you want .The most terrifying thing about the job is dat you work mainly concentrating on your monthly target everything is target driven and also lunch nd tea break are so not accordingly you have to only spent 30 minutes for both the job is always stressful when coming to deal with aggressive debtor .

Accountable and learning curve

I have managed to be independent mostly with the experience I received.I am also accountable as I have learned to use my skill to build good relationship with my co workers and my manager.

Opportunities to learn

Has given me opportunity to learn and gain experience on how to communicate with people and how to deal with agressive people how to take control of calls and remain energetic and organized when communicating with people. Encourage me to always have innovative mind and easy to adabt to new things remaining consisted in my duties so to meet my targets.
