Working at mbd legal collections has really been a great challenge in my life because i came across some great challenges whereby my daily standard needed 2 be met. I am actually have the best relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot in the industry and i enjoy everything about it.

Negotiation skill

I have learn about communication skill i have learn about negotiation skill as well as team work, I respect my job. I learn to respect people as well ,come up with the ideas in a team.I most enjoy when we drives where by there is a prices to be won if you achieve your standards or your targets, the challenges is when I get difficult customer,and my job is to calm him/ her down so then we reach agreement.

Opportunities to learn

Has given me opportunity to learn and gain experience on how to communicate with people and how to deal with agressive people how to take control of calls and remain energetic and organized when communicating with people. Encourage me to always have innovative mind and easy to adabt to new things remaining consisted in my duties so to meet my targets.

Good way to learn

Respect through out all ,target related market, remaining innovative and invantive.Assisting debtors with ways of paying accounts and educating them of consiquenses of non payments.

Good Learning Curve

My job is not tiring it's a good job I talk to customers the whole day and I communicate with the staff the whole day and it's very good to listen to new ideas every day and type the whole day. The part I enjoy the most is to help customers and satisfaction of the management by my job. The most challenging is where I try to make the customer or staff understand what I am trying to explain to them

Excellent learning curve

Working at mbd legal collections has been has been such a great experience for me...sometimes it was very challenging but i guess it is all part and parcel of being an employee. I always had that good and close relationship with each of my co-workers. I enjoy every single part of my job because i love what im doing but the most challenging part of the job is when i really have to meet my monthly target and im unable to.

Excellent learning curve

I tit is it is a good working environment, the people there where great to work with and there was also a clinic so our well being was taken care of.
