Market SA was an excellent learning curve and I have gained alot of knowlegde and expeirence

I worded on a dialler system calling clients for various products e.g.: Nedbank, ABSA, and Standard Bank offering the clients an increase on their credit card limits. I also sold funeral policies for Jet clients. The company's staff is made up of a diverse culture. We had monthly or weekly training sessions if the company felt that we there was a need for it. We had quarterly team building sessions. My co-workers and I got on like a house on fire we also assisted each other were help was needed and also motivated each other by having healthy competitions to see who will reach the daily and monthly targets.

Pros: It was a good place to learn and gain expierence
Cons: There was no scope of growth

Excellent learning curve

Its a very good company the company has over 30 projects its a good learning curve there is lots of people working there about 700 everyone is friendly I love the team work and support they motivate you everyday the good company

Cons: Long working hours no tea break half an hour lumch
