Excellent learning curve
I am currently employed with mango airlines as a Senior cabin crew member, I have an Nqf level 6 certificate in Safety management and Samtrac certificate, I would like to gain experience in the safety industry and I hope that I will get an opportunity to grow within your company.

Hard worker will to learn all the time
Normal day is making booking for guest, do guest care like refunds incorrect bookings and errors that was made, make sure guest are checked in and boards the correct flight sort out lost luggage and give feedback to guest Was back up supervisor making sure staff clocks on time make sure they friendly and effective in help our guest, do administration

Cons: 8 hours but also if operations allow me to go home

Excellent working environment
The company is a great place to work in. Management have great relationships with workers and there is an opportunity to grow and get promoted. It just sometimes lacks better communication skills from top levels of management down to its stuff.. but it’s overall a nice company any with room for improvement

Here is everyone for himself and no recognition
very challenging. No growth, no recognition , the manager always demotivates us verbally. he will ask for our inputs but crushes them as if we did not even try. we are not expected to be happy at work its like a crime.

Excellent learning curve
I currently enjoy working at Mango Airlines. I have an excellent relationship with my team members who I also call my Mango family. We work well as a team and learn from one another. I enjoy learning all about the Maintenance of our aircrafts and find it interesting doing different analysis used by management as well as the Board. The most challenging aspect of my job is the processes which I need to put in place, making sure that all sufficient controls are in place.

Great experience
Dealing with different people, my relationship with co-workers is very professional.. I have learned a lot especially when it comes to dealing with angry or upset clients.. I know how to solve client issues I have great customer service

Good learning
The air cabin crew of a commercial airline share responsibility for the safety and comfort of its passengers. Duties include: greeting passengers as they board and exit the plane. showing passengers to their seats and providing special attention to certain passengers, such as the elderly or disabled.

Excellent working conditions with great camaraderie amongst peers No structure in finance as work gets distributed too much change in conditions due to parent company
