Excellent learning curve
I started here as a learnership student but because of my commitment and my attitude I ended up being employed permanently and I have learnt a lot in this department and because I was willing to learn became my Managers right hand man she taught me everything I had to learn now even if she's on leave she lives me with her duties I have a good relationship with my colleagues one thing I know if I leave this place the person who will work in my shoes will have big shoes to fit in, I'm always willing to assist them whenever they need help and I enjoy that a lot. The only challenging part for me is when we are short staff and I'll have to do 3 peoples jobs because they are off sick and whoever needs my services won't understand when i have to help the other one but I also don't complain I enjoy that too

Excellent learning curve
i hereby,applying for the vacancy which appeared in the internet. I'm currently employed at Makro silver lakes as a stock controller physical inventory. i have Matric certificate and driver's license code10 i'm a quick leaner,a hard worker and good administrator skill and driving ability,the fast pace of work is something i enjoy and obviously never knowing exactly what i will be asked to do on any given day.I'm confident that given a chance the experience,knowledge and skill i have gathered over the years will be of benefit to the company. Good Company
A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences

Learned how to deal with custmer and how to face challenges at work.
I am a dedicated hard worker who wish to reach the goals of your company, and willing to uplift the standard of company. I am enjoying to give help and what challenges most of the time is when customers don't understand our procedures and its also challenging when I suppose to reach the target of the day.

Excellent
I love my job,because you get to learn to deal with different people everyday,interacting with customers who are sometimes angry,customer service is my greatest point,i also like working as a team with my co-workers,we help each other whenever we can which is the best for the business

Very Challenging
Its very nice,hence its a Retail. Meeting customers i'm a Team Player,I get well with my co-workers . i have learn to Listen, cause i'm dealing with a lot of people everyday.

Good commnucation skills
Working at a big retail store such as Makro helps a person to be able to work under pressure, gain lot of experience because of the different divisional department that a person can work at. It is a nice environment to work at.

Working with different people.and lots of customers
must be multitalented and multitask to handle difficult customers to cooperate with the co workers in the floor to advise supervisors to work long hours , holiday and weekend to work as a team to work under pressure and meet deed line train cadet and graduates
