Learnt a lot

A typical day starts with reviewing previous day’s QC performance, NCR’s, planning for the Technical team’s tasks. The rest of the day is Quality or Environmental related tasks & meetings and product development/ conducting trials. I worked well with all levels of employees in the company and suppliers. I got involved in problem solving activities with the production department and other supporting departments. I have learned to manage my time more efficiently due to the amount of responsibilities I had. I enjoy improving process performances and developing people. My greatest challenge was balancing work with personal life and studies. My schedule was too busy.

Extra strength in production

Good teamwork and complexity and demanding environment. Different days sometimes demotivating. Learnt more about discipline and enjoyed projects, and root cause analysis though challenging

Cons: too much overtime
