I'm the Bookkeeper at my current company, I typically will come in, send all invoices from previous day to the customers, I update the cashbook for the previous day, I follow up on Debtors and Creditors queries, I do full Debtors function, and do all the recons for Creditors, I'm in charge of Petty Cash, I pay the casual workers, I do all other ad-hoc payments once a week. I have good working relationships with co-workers, I get along with everyone. I've learnt a new system Navision, and I am studying towards my National Diploma Technical Financial Accounting. I enjoy most the fact that we have to option to work flexi time within a certain range of hours. The most challenging part of my job is, other departments are on other premises, and some in even in other provinces, so to resolve certain issues take sometimes longer than what I would like them to.

Pros: Medical, Pension, 1/2 bonust x2 a year, Flexi hours within a certain range of hours.
Cons: Other departments on other premises, to resolve certain issues sometimes takes longer.

Ensuring Process Control Sheets are up to date and signed The Inspection Team is aware of current problems from previous shift Ensure that we get Quality outputs from the line.

Pros: Well established company with assurance of growth
Cons: Overtime is not compulsory for Quality Group Leaders on Weekends

Excellent working

With the experience I have gained through-out my career I see myself to be a very valuable staff member that believes in operational excellence and sets high standards within the work place. With my abilities and knowledge I see myself doing an excellent job and am always willing to go the extra mile. I am a very eager and fast leaner and is a strong team player. With all said, I do believe that I can make a valuable difference in your company.

Interesting learning curve

MA is an international company and a market leader in the automotive industry, thus a stable company to work for. A typical day would start with preventative maintenance checks on assembly cells, projection welders and progression presses, thereafter it would be supporting production in so far as attending to weld correction issues, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic problems that arise, then to close off there's rework reports, up-time logging, general admin to be done and finally handover to next shift. I have a very good re-pore with co-workers who have been instrumental in my development in the field of robotics. I enjoy being able to manipulate robots into carrying out functions that otherwise would have been performed by humans. The challenging aspect of this position is the lack of support and developmental programs, thus most of what I have learnt is self taught.

Pros: An interesting field to add to my portfolio of experience.
Cons: Irregular shift patterns resulting in very little and sometimes no family or social time.

Excellent

Its good company, they've been with me for a long time and I was impressed by the company, I've gained a lot of skills,time management was good and excellent, they've been teaching me different skills everytime, I enjoyed working up in the morning going to work there at the company, they also teach me working skills as a team

I see my level as the heart of the organization

I see my level as the heart of the organization between the financial objectives of the board to my operational teams in the farious manufacturing facilities. Translating and executing the bottom line EBIDA to customer, legal and Risk requirments evaryday, not all levels of personal can exsacute financial obligations into operational results and this is where I am at my best with my teams in achieving the board requirments. My strong suit is statistical analysis and predicting Risk before it happens and then exacuting Continual improvement plans to elimanate the risk. The most chalenging aspect of my role as a leader in the organization is my relationships with my poeple if you do not act as a functional leader evary single minute of the day and lead by example silo's can be creatted very fast between departments and this causes comunication breakdowns, critical to any organizations sucsess. Good grooming company and schooling opportunities

Big , strong company with lots of chances to grow as a person .Gives opportunities to go to school and gain more knowledge and experience . Management is good attend meetings with workers to help improve production, listen to problems that workers face every day,Machines are well maintained by a team of fitters making sure we are safe and it's a company growth of workers is taken seriously,

My work always neat always work hard help needed ill help my fellow employees out always at work shifts overtime always up for it cnc machinest worked on awea johnford fanuc and ctek.heavy press toolmaking experience in grinding spotting tools check parts for metrologist.injection moulding exellent aswell worked at ma automotive contract work 2years there all rounder but mostly on cnc machining

Great learning curve

Great working experience, new great challanges everyday. Good working relationship with fellow co-workers, in reaching daily production targets. Open to new working ecperience outside my carrer feild
