I'm the Bookkeeper at my current company, I typically will come in, send all invoices from previous day to the customers, I update the cashbook for the previous day, I follow up on Debtors and Creditors queries, I do full Debtors function, and do all the recons for Creditors, I'm in charge of Petty Cash, I pay the casual workers, I do all other ad-hoc payments once a week. I have good working relationships with co-workers, I get along with everyone. I've learnt a new system Navision, and I am studying towards my National Diploma Technical Financial Accounting. I enjoy most the fact that we have to option to work flexi time within a certain range of hours. The most challenging part of my job is, other departments are on other premises, and some in even in other provinces, so to resolve certain issues take sometimes longer than what I would like them to.

Excellent working
With the experience I have gained through-out my career I see myself to be a very valuable staff member that believes in operational excellence and sets high standards within the work place. With my abilities and knowledge I see myself doing an excellent job and am always willing to go the extra mile. I am a very eager and fast leaner and is a strong team player. With all said, I do believe that I can make a valuable difference in your company.

Interesting learning curve
MA is an international company and a market leader in the automotive industry, thus a stable company to work for. A typical day would start with preventative maintenance checks on assembly cells, projection welders and progression presses, thereafter it would be supporting production in so far as attending to weld correction issues, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic problems that arise, then to close off there's rework reports, up-time logging, general admin to be done and finally handover to next shift. I have a very good re-pore with co-workers who have been instrumental in my development in the field of robotics. I enjoy being able to manipulate robots into carrying out functions that otherwise would have been performed by humans. The challenging aspect of this position is the lack of support and developmental programs, thus most of what I have learnt is self taught.
Pros: An interesting field to add to my portfolio of experience.
Cons: Irregular shift patterns resulting in very little and sometimes no family or social time.

Excellent
Its good company, they've been with me for a long time and I was impressed by the company, I've gained a lot of skills,time management was good and excellent, they've been teaching me different skills everytime, I enjoyed working up in the morning going to work there at the company, they also teach me working skills as a team

I see my level as the heart of the organization
I see my level as the heart of the organization between the financial objectives of the board to my operational teams in the farious manufacturing facilities. Translating and executing the bottom line EBIDA to customer, legal and Risk requirments evaryday, not all levels of personal can exsacute financial obligations into operational results and this is where I am at my best with my teams in achieving the board requirments. My strong suit is statistical analysis and predicting Risk before it happens and then exacuting Continual improvement plans to elimanate the risk. The most chalenging aspect of my role as a leader in the organization is my relationships with my poeple if you do not act as a functional leader evary single minute of the day and lead by example silo's can be creatted very fast between departments and this causes comunication breakdowns, critical to any organizations sucsess. Very demanding
Deadline driven. Lots of different challenges each day. No one day like another. Enjoy most of the people that I work with. lots of pressure as company is very understaffed therefore have to be jack of all trades.

Diversified OEM experience
Automotive is a passion ever since my being employed in 1991, interaction and cascading of knowledge to the shopfloor is a key factor of my daily pattern, people knowing what they are dealing with in terms of the end user helps to build a better environment, and thus enables us as a competitive industry to be able to achieve the desired KPI, and sustain the market.

Excellent working operations and future growth
Start work at 6am daily and review previous day production. Daily production to improve on process and implementation of countermeasures to prevent occurring problems. Safety meetings Management meeting Union rep meetings Daily tasks
