Fast paced , attention to detail industry where I had to plan,organize,analyse,evaluate and monitor the department's 24 hour performance while helping to provide solutions by highlighting process deviations and non-conformance .Daily meetings (low and high level)while feeding back to the production team as well as other key stakeholders.The position itself required one to have a superb relationship with colleagues ,internal customers and supply departments at large.I have learnt to distinguish between team work and individual work to get the job done and this has been enjoyable ,self motivating and rewarding.In totality the job itself was challenging,ever changing and exciting and required me to lead by example and I had been able to turn every negative aspect of the job challenge into a positive one and get the job done at the end of the day.

Pros: Good learning opportunities
Cons: More lean operations,less promotional opportunities

For the past 18 months Tony has been employed as the Country Manager Nigeria for a company called Mi-C3. MI-C3 have their HQ in Malta. The development teams are based in Malta and Macedonia. Tony is responsible for South Africa, Nigeria, Zambia, Rwanda, Cameroon, and Ivory Coast. Other opportunities exist in Ethiopia and the Middle East. The Mi-C3 Group provides a leading IoT Platform for Digital Operations Management as part of an IoT offering, servicing blue-chip companies in varied industries requiring a detailed and real-time oversight of highly complex operations.

I have been blessed to have people easy take a liking to me and thats given me an edge over my competitors. I work well with people and hcan quickly make friends with the hardest of individuals I enjoy meeting people and the challenges that sales environments place on individuals. I thrive on making a success out of every situation
