(Inventory management) • I am responsible for metal accounting and quality control of all metals in the plant; this was done in line with all ISO standards that is ISO 14001, 18000 and 9000. • I kept track of samples for analysis on LIMS (Laboratory Information Management system).

My typical day to day depends on the events of the specific day. You need to be focused and disciplined all the time. Planning and organising are the keys. I work very well with my colleagues, we are a small team. I have learned that I can not please everyone and its okay to agree to disagree, and you cannot be liked by everyone as well. I have learnt that you have to do what you can be achieve your goals and your dreams.What I enjoy the most is helping people in every possible way I can and going home knowing that I have a made a difference in someone life. Working at my company can be challenging sometimes as I deal with a lot of uneducated people and language barrier can be an issue as fanakalo Is used a lot. But that is not something I dwell too much on as I adjust and adapt quickly to situations.

Lots of potential and experience

I am a very hard working person, have been an Office administrator or the past 6 years in the Mining Industry, fast learner, Very computer literate, willing to relocate anywhere, did Human Resources certificates and relives our Human Resources Administrator when is annual leave or absent, have got very good communicating skills, work very with my colleagues and has very strong supervisory skills, have got my own team of 10 people whom report under me.

I am currently working as a shift laboratory technician at Lonmin,with a National Dilpoma in Anlytical chemistry,i am currently busy studying instrumentation At Denver Technical College(PTA).
