Learning experience

I listen to 30 days per day on a normal to make sure agents comply with the fais act. I also listen to 4 to 5 underwriting insurance calls as well making sure that all captured details are correct. Save the calls for training and qa purposes.I have learned that I can do any thing I put my mind to and commit 100 percent. I work well under pressure and I am a team player as well. I have done well on days where we had a lot of backlog work.

It is future driven and a very good company for expanding knowledge especially with automotive industry and company is doing great financial year on year

Excellent

I am a hard working person with 2-3 years experience of working in a call center, and currently am on contact at Liquid Capital, conducting surveys on behalf of the dealerships. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and knowing very that i have good interpersonal skills. i learnt to interact with people and knowing their needs and also respecting each other. The most challenging part of the job is when client being rude, swearing at you that can sometimes can upset you, but remember it is always good to remain calm and try to explain where you have to.

Great as a start

A good start. Colleagues become family and management is good. A comfortable environment. Learn a lot about different cultures as the company is big.

Great company

Great company. Awesome people. Unbelievable vice. Dymani Company has been a great place to be a part of for the longest time. c envir The leedahio is tremendous. I really love Liquid. However my time has come to part ways.

Report to Authorisation Team Leader Taking roadside calls from clients Organising / dispatching roadside assistance Following up on progress of call out Following up on roadside assistance supplied for clients Dealing with an average of 70 calls per day Authorisation limit R 6,000 Assess on average 15 claims per day /75 per week /300 per month Providing feedback with regards to repairs /authorizations Approving and disapproving claims on following claims from dealers. Engine, clutch, gearbox, differential, suspension, braking system, starting system etc.

Great exposure

I've learnt a lot when it comes to policies and working with dealerships. Feeling empathy and wanting to sort out a client's query immediately and quick. I've learnt to work well in my team and communication has brought us great results.

Excellent learning

I take 165+ calls a day amd admin and assessments. Each call needs you to concentrate and be diligent as you are signing off money. I need to assess the claim and do admin related duties.

Excellent place to learn what you want and don't.

Relationships with co-workers are great, joking about how crappy the place is the foundation of most conversations. Challenging aspects would be trying your best to do a good/great job but not reaching set goals leaving you feeling depressed.

Pros: You get what you work for.
Cons: NO OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH
