Wait no more I am here to make a differnce in your company.
I work in a very busy call centre which does roadside assistance for Imperial Fleet. We are a team of hard workers, some of us with +-9 years experience in the Industry & wonders for the company by exceeding customer service expectations of our clients. Working 12 hours and rotating shifts started as a difficult task for me at the beginning, but taking the goals that I set for myself into consideration , really helped me to stay focused and strive for the first call as the eyes, ears and the voice for each company that worked for.
Pros: Always make sure you deliver quality and Innovative assistance to your clients, as that will ensure and give a good reputation to your company. The person or client who received an excellent service will definetely refer the company to friends and relatives and thats exactly what I call putting your on a top list.
Cons: Working long hours is my daily bread since I have been doing it for the past 9 years without any difficulties and I really enjoy myself. Loving what you do gives you courage in every step you take, it matures your mentality and encourages you to do the best of ability. To me working shifts Is just as normal as working office hours because I have never had any Issues with It and still going strong till today.

Element learning curve
The company is a really nice place with a chilled environment.the reason why anyone would want to leave here is because of the hunger and eagerness to grow,The exact reason why i want to. I want to spread my wings andgrow to my full potential. A great start up was indeed working at liwuod capital.
Pros: Teaches a lot about the work place and certain certain traits one needs to grow further.

Moving from one department to another and learning towards managent level.
It is a busy typical kind of day as you have to firstly manage your staff and to ensure you have that your daily targets are met and client's queries are resolved. I have a good relationship with co-workers. It is challenging and it needs one to be pro-active, innovative and creative.

Excellent learning curve
employees are team players and work together. salaries are paid on time and good commission I have learnt a lot a boy vehicles the challenge was wen we had no leads and our targets become affected I have enjoyed selling as it I my passion

Good experience large volumes
Good learning experience, busy long hours, volume spreadsheets and macros Change opportunities for some Not everybodys talents are used to their full potential, Lots of favoritism and managers managing without management skills

Learning experience
I listen to 30 days per day on a normal to make sure agents comply with the fais act. I also listen to 4 to 5 underwriting insurance calls as well making sure that all captured details are correct. Save the calls for training and qa purposes.I have learned that I can do any thing I put my mind to and commit 100 percent. I work well under pressure and I am a team player as well. I have done well on days where we had a lot of backlog work.

It is future driven and a very good company for expanding knowledge especially with automotive industry and company is doing great financial year on year

Excellent
I am a hard working person with 2-3 years experience of working in a call center, and currently am on contact at Liquid Capital, conducting surveys on behalf of the dealerships. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and knowing very that i have good interpersonal skills. i learnt to interact with people and knowing their needs and also respecting each other. The most challenging part of the job is when client being rude, swearing at you that can sometimes can upset you, but remember it is always good to remain calm and try to explain where you have to.
