I have learn that every challenge at work place always reward with great benefit of new experience.
I am a Registered nurse with Psychiatric experience. I believe I can be a good asset in your company using my psychiatric skills. I have passion about psychiatry which makes it more important to me to dedicate my self in rendering nursing care as per requirement. It is always my dream to help and protect mental health care users as per Mental health care act in our country. I would like to avail myself to your company in providing further information regarding my experience.
Pros: Working for this company helped me in gaining self confidence, good leadership skills, flexibility, dedication and ambition. I have good interpersonal skills, communication skill and building good relationship with my co-workers and patients.
Cons: I can work long hours if I have to in rendering nursing care in the unit.

The trials of a Midwife
I enjoy my job at a maternity unit in Lifehealthcare. I work nightshift and I am the teamleader. Some nights can be stressful especially if I am working with new staff that dont know the department. I have a really good relationship with my co-workers and we work well as a team. What I find challenging in my job is the staffing issues. Often there are not enough trained and experienced midwives so if a staff member/midwife is off sick or on leave it is very difficult to find a replacement. The midwives that we do find sometimes have no private hospital experience so it makes it difficult when it comes to protocols and policies.
Pros: close to home. less travelling time
Cons: long shifts, cant take leave when it is needed as it is difficult to find replacement

Strong independent and team worker
I am a self motivated person who works well within a team and independently. I believe that building relationships is of the utmost importance in a working environment. I am an asset to any company and I enjoy new challenges and like to think out the box and come up with new ideas on ways to achieve goals.
Pros: Opportunity to engage with many different healthcare professionals, working independently and part of a team
Cons: Learning new products but this is also a pro

Typical day at work
its a great platform to work under, typical day at work includes admissions, authorizations with medical aids, daily banking, collection of outstanding monies, general admin work
Pros: Great opportunity for growth only if they concider you for the position, free lunches, 13th cheque

Good job, great working environment.
Full financial function of the hospital. Management of the administrative function of the hospital. Centralised functions take certain responsibilities away, yet add the pressure of dealing with any 'fallout'.
Pros: Listed, good exposure.

Wonderful company to work for
Good company but not much room for growth . Lovely working environment and doctors to work with.Patient care excellent but overworking staff environment

Been a great opportunity
I have enjoyed working here , learnt alot ab , great culture , people are very helpful and friendly , they enabled me to accomplished my job well I have formed great relationships with all stakeholders and made a good impression.

Good company
The company is a good company to work for. Certain managers form a "click" and if you are not in that click you are worked out. Overall the benefits are good and the senior management is good as is the staff training is also good
