Good place to work in enjoy my work need to learn more.working in paediatric ward reached me patients and caring more than I thought I did.I have leaned that we work as team and all people no one on other is like working at home.challenges in our job is always you must be vigilant in your work because we work with children from 0-12 yrs giving medication always you must make sure that the child has being identified before you give medication to reduce medicolegal hazard

It will be a great pleasure to learn and grow in profession
Am applying for a post if research nurse because an a registered nurse who has experience with patients that are exposed to HIV/AIDS so I have been giving education about the conditions and treatment but now I think it be a great pleasure to learn more about bout the disease
Pros: I have a good relationship with my colleagues and patients and doctors
Cons: Long working hours especially until 23:00 twice a week

Expanding my employment ability
Managing clinic administration,answering tellephone,filling data capturing,assisting with overall clinic duties.strict compliance to medical procedures and company policy,high regard for customer satisfaction,know company with multi skilled employees.

Mastering of communication skill
I manage 64 staff members that includes 2 drivers, 2 seamstresses, 1 cleaner, 1 supervisor and the rest is the laundry assistance with different back ground and attitudes. My day starts at 6 till 6pm as we service 7 Private hospital. I have a good relationship with my staff but we have our bad days. One thing ive learned in the 3 years Ive been here is to stay humble, the way I expect them to respect me I also I have to give it back. Most challenging aspects of my job is when my washing machine breaks down and everything starts to fall behind.

More experience gaining
Sometimes lot's of clients with a number of staff, difficult to attract locums as its an awkward place. A very diverse team of personnel where we are able to learn one's own uniqueness. I mostly enjoy working with different types of people. Especially knowing that are not necessary sick or bed rest clients. But challenges include them knowing that they are not here for medicine, so it becomes a challenge to work or initiate referrals for a worker with an underlying problem who will eventually want to focus more on medical or job placement medical assessment.
Pros: Great opportunity to gain knowledge and experience
