Excellent learning curve

Hard worker, fast learner
I enjoy working at Liberty Corporate. It is that I am looking for a permanent job. I have a great relationship with the co-workers I have learnt a lot form Liberty, I didn't have any experience when I started here, they were patient with me.

GREAT GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Working here has enhanced my knowledge and expertise and I still need to grow. There are alot of skills I want to add to my basket and i hope i will be given the opportunity to do so. Its been very unsettling as there have been alot of changes in management and staff in a short space in time. We are short staffed and we are all under alot of pressure. I am the only one attending to Trustee Decisions, aaplying for Tax Directive and requesting bank validarion for all beneficiaries. This is for all claims the assessors submit. There has been a delay in hiring staff and I have put in extra hours with no overtime trying to push all kinds if escalations. PFA queries are also attended by me. In a day i have alot to do and i try meet my target on a daily basis.

Excellecnt learning curve

Good learning platform
Being in the Risk department gives an overview of the entire business, hence I learn a lot about the general business as a whole. This includes the processes used, working with people, getying an overview of what works and what doesnt work. It really enhances my analytical skills and its a great opportunity to learn. It is a great learning opportunity...
