Hands on day with engagement across the organization from sales people, logistics, finance, marketing and customers. I enjoy the ongoing challenges and exploring ways to drive success. Customer satisfaction is fundamental to driving long term business with achieving the companies objectives and margin requirements. A healthy P&L drives support from our European sponsors to drive new business while maintain existing client requirments.
