Learning

I would like to work with or without a team,the most thing is that I'm a hart worker & quick learner,always must be co-oporation between colleagues.Everyone must be on time not late,each every worker must received the training that will align with the specific job that is doing.

Manage sales and admin.Target meeting to tel the staff what is the taget for the day.Get commitment from sales staff.Speak to the regional manager get is scorebord an insructions.Do a floor walk with stock clark.Get specials for the day.One on one with salesstaff.Work their pending.Hot leads otb .Get them motivate and prodictive.Have a meating with dept clarks.Gave the tagets for the day.Motive them productivaty 40 calls,4% growth cash.Inspect banking book petty cash and manuel receipts.Get the delivery out.Challenge to get to the target.We are like n wining team

Through had work and team work I was promoted several times in the past years.

There is no typical work day, everyday is different, you need to do and go where the most problems are for the day. I needed to work with divisional managers of different regions on a daily basis and to get them to achieve set goals. I was very succesfull to achieved these goals with them. I learnt that if there is no team work and respect then you will not achieve any goals. The most that I enjoyed was to do training and to empower my staff with knowledge. The traveling was the most challenging of my job. I traveled every week all over the country.

It was good

My name is melusi Praisegod Lamula I like to join your team. The reason how make me to like to be in the it because i'm a hand work and i can work under pressure. The only thing make me to like the sales and stock industry it because i like to talk,convince people give people good service and I make sure my stock is up to date and my main purpose is to upgrade my knowledge in retail industry and a good relationship with our customer and our staff even the internal and the external customer i want to see people happy for what i did to them. I even good to solve a problem in a work place even if is the customer with an staff or a staff with are anther. There is no growth within the call centre

I am doing customer interviews on a daily basis and my realationship is fine with my co-workers. I have learned how is it to work in a compliance or what is to comply. I enjoy working with customers. There is no challenge at all.

Gained experience on how to manage people

lewis is a great company to work for My colleagues are very good people-- we worked very well together I have learnt how to manage my own team - being a good supervisor to them how to deal with different behaviours the most challenging part of my job is getting people to do things the way you want them to - especially when you are out of sight they will use that to do all the wrong things

Good learning curve

Staff are friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient. They are supportive of each other. Well versed in their roles. Management are supportive of their staff.It was a pleasure to work for
