M in charge of 60 branches thou wthich makes it approximately 180 representatives I supervise.
Its furniture retail, they sell furniture on credit, they have stores through South Africa of which I get to be in charge of North West and a part of Free State. I enjoy sharing information, like giving insurance training and giving compliance training on the conduct and expectation of the company in matching internal compliance with external one. I check credit proposals, give insurance training to representative and assist on claim management in a branch. The inspection is normally maximum 3days and then after I move to the next branch of which at month end I have to supply management with the necessary reports having complied everything I have done.

Good Leadership skills
I have an Good Experiance and have worked in exclusively in accounts payable for almost a decade. I am currently reside in Cape town and willing to Relocate In my current position with aLewis Group As Accounts Payable Supervisor I have numerous responsibilities. In determining vendor payment schedules I developed a system that avoids late payments and associated late fees. This system continues to save the company money as well as improving not only their credit rating but their reputation as well. I review and verify all expense reports and vendor invoices for proper coding and authorization before entering them into the system. Additionally I am responsible for maintaining the contractor 1099 files including proper and timely filing with the IRS. I understand the unavoidable crunch times and have always completed the monthly accounts payable reconciliation in time to assist with month-end closing. and Supervising the group of 20 staff

Being employed at the Lewis Group
Working for the Lewis Group A typical day at work would be interacting with customers via Chat as I handled the social media marketing for INspire the E-commerce devision under the Lewis Group. Relationship with work colleabecause work is work and you keep things professional. I have learned a lot and it truly will contribute so much to my future being as an individual, my work ethics are built on the environment in which we are situated and I can fairly say that it has been great. The things I enjoy most is my work culture, friendly and there is a constant drive that motivates to do your best. My most challenging aspect, I would say is responding and handling negative feedback that has already been escalated and established, yet has not been resolved and customers would revert to social media. I would then need to handle this with a matter of urgency and politeness via Chat. As we know some things are taken up in the wrong way when read over the phone.

Fast learner
I'm a hard working person, easy to work with and a team worker. I worked for the Lewis group for almost 8 years and left last year when I went to Icollege to study for public administration. I'm at home at the moment taking a break but if God opens a door for me I will take. I chose public admin cause I enjoyed working with people and I'm privileged to be able to speak 3 languages. I speak Xhosa, afrikaans and English. Thank you

Excellent learning curve.
We are a big company catering for all LSM,we are busy everyday helping assisting customers to choose the right products for their homes. I am a good team builder,listening and communicating to my staff daily. I have learn that to be a leader you must have good listening skill and you must pass those important information. I enjoy working with others as li earnING different ideology. Most challenging is when it comes to month end, where some customers are not given that good attention as you will be all over the floor trying to get to everyone.
Pros: Great opportunity to climb the ladder.
Cons: Not having stock on time.

Full control of the branch.
Havin to work with stubbon customers. Wakin up by 5 o clock for cah colletion. My co-workers ate also lovin en hardworking. Our Relation is of best %for now im solearned so murch from working under pressure takin responsibilty .and makin sure i provide gud service. Followin all ma acc. Makes me hapiWorking by 5 irritates me
