Excellent learning experience

At Leratong hospital I had a very good Learning experience my mentors made sure that they training me in every aspects of the course, I was exposed to so many things concerning Human Resources management they are very good people to work with. They made sure they treated me as one of them not as an intern . I delid recruitment, human resource admin, training and development and Admin and Admin salaries what a great working environment

Perfect job

I love interacting with people of all race and gender. I learnt so many interesting things and difficult things in the workplace, I enjoy working in a team and love a clean, positive and loving environment. The most challenging thing in a workplace is working with people that are incompetent and very lazy to get the work done, but I always get a way of seeing that things are done.

Pros: I'll work hard, so I can get promotions.
Cons: I am willing to work shifts and anytime.

Challenging

Working at Leratong Hospital is challenging as we deal with many different cases and different units. There’s opportunity for learning and growing and work in a team. I have learnt to be observant, patient and to be alert at all times. As I’m currently working at an emergency department I enjoy the new cases I see everyday and learning from the different doctors i work with and getting skills and knowledge in the process. I’ve also learned to work under pressure and maintain a good work ethic while at it.

Pros: Accept challenges and willing to learn

Very hard working and always on time. Non experienced but willing to work hard for greater experience and hard work for good permanent position. Good at customer care, , management,,leadership skills, presentation skills as well as public speaking or strategic skills. I believe in motivation and hard work that pays off!

Willing to relocate, wanna land this job for its a gate away to greater opportunities for me and I believe in success for am willing to work hard for the position even in it takes from the intermediate level.
