To respect each other
I have learned my experience in supply chain which is 1 year 6 months.we used to work as a team coming up with ideas.What I like the most is that there was respect and love and caring and honest to each other it was the most important thing.The challenges was when people don't get along to each other try to use as an option to their problems
Pros: its a public company and it accomodate everyone as long you have qualifications and experience.its a company where they working together ,loving ,caring each other.And what I learnt is that you need to be discipline and love people and get along with anyone .Disadvantaged of that company is that no matter you have qualifications or what ?You start at cleaning before you can get a better position even when you complain they don't take you serious and when you talk too much like trying to ask them to do the right thing you become an enemy

Exceptuonally good and ver determined in the job
Good with people, always neat and punctual at work. Be able to learn new experience in other departments in order to master well my job description. Be able to work under pressure e if stated and always make it that I give my best for the success of the company
Pros: just changed departmenta for more information to my qualifications ecperience in working
Cons: knocking off late cause of the job that was not submitted eg. reports at the end of the month

Exceptuonally good and ver determined in the job
Very good with people and always work well for the companies best interest. Be able to work under pressure otherwise stated. Always punctual and up for new opportunities I'd it take that I should start from the bottom cause nothing comes in high first in life, I believe in God and I believe that am gonna be a good asset for the companies success
Pros: changing of departmenta cause of the qualification modules I did
Cons: not being able to work fulk hours or late aubmission of reports at the end of the quarter

Excellent in rendering customer service and patients rights
I have work experience in a large Department of Health responsible for patients in addition to providing extensive organisational and administrative and also ensuring that BATHO PELE principles is adhered to. I utilise technology to assist me wherever possible and have a good working knowledge of a number of computer applications including MS Office, Power point, Excel and Outlook. Experienced to an extend
Verily profound with people and the external environment. Good quality work of life for the organisation of the employee environment Learned the team quality work experience and skills Communication and public relations was an exceptional experience Good infrastructure experience of the organisation within the rage of safety and health of the employees The most challenging was the end of the contract for I couldn't stay much longer for they were racist And I needed to have a goal in the best interest of the company that will achieve its ISO standards and benefits

Entry level to the workplace
I work a twelve hour shift, working conditions are bad in a sense of not having proper equipment, shortage of medication and staff. No recognition via upgrading of employees. i have gained a lot of experience in the field and I enjoy my job because i love caring for my Patients, Team work is on point depending on the team i'm placed with
