My current company I'm working at is Lepelle Northern water and is a bulk water services that is based only in limpopo and supply potable water to almost 5 district municipality in limpopo and it supplies water under Department of water and sanitation.

Pros: Growing in all company for future needs
Cons: Working too much under pressure

great learning curve

Lepelle is a very good company and great employer. A typical work involve facilitate of various project in environmental technical solution I have worked in projects such as water use license application, Environmental Impact Assessments, waste management, alien plants control and bio monitoring. Working with contractors sometimes is challenging but time management and patient helps a lot.

Well equipped

I have gathered experience in a way that I wouldn't wait and ask what to do if given work to do,can work under pressure. woork to meet deadlines and I'm time.

Perfect introduction to the work market.

I am Career driven, and goal orientated. I am able to facilitate the entire recruitment process with very little supervision. I have vast experience as Admin personnel from my previous employ, wherein my duties included planning and organising meetings on behalf of the Director.

Pros: Great opportunity for being absorbed for a permanent position.
Cons: Long working hours and increased workload

Good

The company on working basis it's very good,the relationship was at good state with co workers.i have learn about working as team and not to afraid to take risk,I enjoyed most when doing maintenance because you come along with alot of challenges, working under confined space
