Excellent learning curve
Typical day is the day of sale my relationship with co-workers is very good because i know/ i like working as a team I have learnt a lot in this position E.G communicating with customer I am enjoying the stock counting the most because i love counting The most challenge is when u a under in the till

Learning curve
I learned a lot in terms of customer service and merchandising. I was lucky to be under a manager that was willing to pass her skills onto me. She taught me how to merchandise according to the season or month to month colour scheme. The area manager would send the visual guide but it was up to you and your mind to play around with how it would play out from paper to the store wall, how it would be a personal wardrobe to the customer and how everything should blend. She taught me admin work as well, and would often rely on me to open the store for her when we were short of a second in charge. I was acting 2ic(second in charge) and that was an eye opener as I was exposed to more than what I believed I knew, I learned how to deal with angry customers in the morning i must say and how to make first impressions to the regular customers
Pros: Acquire great knowledge of the retail industry
Cons: No opportunity for promotions, long hours and little salary

Great environment with incredible growth
Working for the company (Logo),one gets to know and understand the culture, customer service and how the industry works. More the same of growing and learning. The experience is exiting as you get to work different shopping outlets and the you travel and learn at the same time.
Pros: Traveling and learning. One gets to learn from the customer service and that of the company's culture
Cons: Long working hours, and working with different customers

I was working hard doing banking doing admin even marchendising the floor doin layout .i even work on the till while checking the store even doing security at the same time
Pros: I promites the sale products n every that is on promotions

Excellent
I have had considerable job experience working in a team environment,so I have a good team work skills and because I worked for legit stores as a cashier and sagar jewellery as a sales lady ,I believe I have a good sense for working with people. I have always wanted to work where I can communicate with customers face to face ,so if I can get this job I am sure I can enjoy it .I can offer a quick learning style and have a friendly nature that will help me communicate well with others. Have skills that I'm ready to bring in the next level
I e enjoy work in team .I'm a good communicator with customers .hard worker .Have a good relationship with customers .what I am enjoying most at work is to be with colleagues and customers because I'm always putting smile on them .love to do house keeping to keep store clean always .I've learnt that you should always keep on smilling to every customers when they enter in the store
