Excellent Learning Curve.
My day to day duties as a Continuous Improvement Specialist is to identify projects that will save company costs and improve the processes to be efficient and effective ,both in the offices and the manufacturing floor,I'm also a hardworking individual who is proactive and honest,I enjoy working with people and understanding how other people think.
Pros: Opportunity to implement projects that will benefit the company to a longer term.
Cons: Must always submit a saving in terms of Lean/ Six sigma.

Good challenging project to train ability.
I am 22 years old student who is currently searching for experiential learning opportunity in industrial engineering.I completed my theory subjects at Tshwane University of Technology in June 2016. I'm a self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, resilience / consistency in behavior, quick learning, conscientiousness and self-disciplined young man. I am capable of working individually and as well as in a team. Enjoy being challenged by tough tasks where i get to apply my mind intensively and bring solutions. Getting a chance to prove myself would be a great honor and privilege to me. With my acquired automotive industry skills and little office experience i can make a good contribution to your organisation. what i have realized about myself is that i like learning new things and adapt quick to any environment.

Production Admin /Purchasing
Daily mornings updating the breakdowns and send it to morning meetings, Ordering spares for the company, updating disciplinary register, and help the operators when need the assistance from the parts. Do all the maintenance work ,Get the phones from my suppliers. Capturing invoices ,scanning and filling.

Excellent Learning curve
Very long hours, huge responsibility ensuring full compliance with teams whose main focus is production at all costs. Excellent relationship with co-workers at all levels of the organisation. I've learnt how different and tough automotive is to FMCG operations. I enjoy the feeling of achievement when I get things right and fix problems that have never fully been resolved. I am the 4th Plant controller in as many years, and the first one to achieve a green internal audit status. I enjoy the interaction of the leadership team, training my team to be the best they can be. Most challenging part of the job is the regional reporting I have to Spain, Hungary and SA
Pros: As much growth and development as you would like, just raise your hand, multinational organisation, lots of low hanging fruit enabled me to make a very good name for myself in a short space of time

To become Qualified Engineer
I usually check Compressor in each and every morning. I also help operators when they have faulty tools like Torque guns, Rivet Guns, Hogging Guns. I also do some general PLC faults but as a beginner. I have Learnt some mechanical skill like Jiggs and pushcart maintenance. I enjoy Learning PLC. Everyday I do different types of breakdowns

Good company
Some of the tasks performed on a daily basis include the following -: time studies, line balancing, layout design, layout improvement, cad drawings, training operators. I enjoyed working at this company and I would prefer it to someone who needs employment
