In my career with current company I have worked for a lot of clients, main objective for me is to keep them happy, going to different clients, working with different sub contractors, work together as a team to achieve a common goal and that is client satisfaction. A good Manager is hands on and must be aware of what is happening on site and must always have good relations with the people that he is working with, this is to achieve the maximum possible result that will benefit all parties involved in a specific project. I enjoy seeing a product being build with pride and at the end you feel part there of. The most challenging aspects of this kind of job for me is, combining all different sub contractors simultaneously in the same work place making sure that they are aware of each other performing different tasks without any incident or accidents, working like a oiled machine to achieve a common goal within time and budget.

Project Buyer
My day would normally start with attending outstanding issues from the day before. I would reply to emails and follow up with suppliers for delivery. I would find out from the stores what was delivered from the day before, should paperwork not be submitted as yet. I would move on to raise POs that are required and get quotes on any new items that need to be bought. In this role I had to learn to work closely with everyone involved in the supply chain as a whole because everything I did or needed to do was dependent on the next person's response. E.g. When is shipping taking place, when is stock required, how much stock is required, outstanding deliveries. I loved the fact that it needed me to be multi-functional and that it was a pressurized environment. The most challenge part was being dependent on the next person only to find that they are not doing their work accordingly.

Large Company
very big company with lovely processes to learn from. maybe has a few problems here and there but management always finds a way to dix them. it has faith in corporate sustainability- you have people who have been there for a very long time. typical day is normal but deadline time is around the 2-12 of the new month where we concluding previous months financials.

I am a very hardworking individual who always strives towards the best. I can work well within a team and individually. Excellent learning curve
My current position is a busy pressurised job which I enjoy. I have excellent relationships with my Co workers. This company has taught me so much regarding exports and sales. It's just unfortunate it was a contractual position.

Im a fast leaner
Learnt to work with lot of people and under pressure What was challenging me is that i have to know every thing in one time e.g mybe the customer is calling to ask about the delivery i must not guess where is the delivery i must know by heart. I ejoyed being busy all the time. Each and every one whas enjoying to have me around them because im a friendly person

Great Company to work for
I am a highly capable and experiance administrator in addition to my administrator skills. With my extesive office experiance and hreat communication skills, I work well under pressure by being well organized and prioritising in the correct mannerto meat deadliles timeously and love to work in a team with my co-workers.
