EXCELLENT

As i am secretary . I enjoy my job but the problem i am a volunteer. so i earn nothing. you have to be matured and confidentially . just because you are dealing with different people with different characters. you must always be in sober senses when you dealing with people. . you must protect your manager in most cases. I think that's the most challenging to be in this position.The relationship is good, i think your personality goes a long way when you are working with people. I have learnt a lot. how to deal with people, and to be in love with your work. What i enjoy most is to assist people so when they live my office they must go with a smile. My job is to do the filling, Typing, Printing Photocopying , verifying scripts during moderation and to keep the diary of H.O.D as i have mentioned to my c.v.

Human Resources Management N6, N5 and N4

I am working with students and lecturers but what i like in my job is to learn to treat everybody at the same level. I have learnt how to solve challenges by not taking the side and my employer told me some tips. I like to share my knowledge with my colleges , I have learnt to work under pressure and to finish my job before due date

I'm working as an intern (PA) at part-time office

I like to work in this company. They threat me like an employee although I'm an intern . I respect my managers , my colleagues and my job. I have got more experience like time management, working in group and working alone, sharing important information, working under pressure, problem solving , having relationship with co-workers etc Its very challenging to deal with students , sometimes some of these students don't have money to register at school and its a must to pay registration and tuition up-front but I always make a plan to convince them to pay it by all means .

Pros: Its not easy to get promotion because this company helps us (students) to get in-service training which is 18 months in order to get our diplomas.
Cons: I'm working 9 hrs a day from Monday to Thursday then on Friday its 6 hrs.

EXCELLENT LEARNING

I EI HAVE WORKED VERY WELL AND MY SUPERORIOUR IS VERY UNDERSTANDING THEY HAVE NICE RELATIONSHIP TO ME AND WE ENJOY WORKING TOGETHER I ENJOY TEAM WORK I WORK 8 HOURS A DAY GGFR2222EE

Exposure in the national department.

Give support system in the teaching & learning, frequent interaction with SETAs, interaction with student leadership, engaged in partnerships, form part of school council, exposed to executive decisions,

Pros: exposure to various sections within HR component
Cons: the structure is not vast to cater for any promotions

Excellent Experiance

A great working enveronment with honest people I have learnt so much in networking, installation of softwares and hardwares,troubleshooting and repairing

Pros: great opportunities for promotion
Cons: too much work and becoming overloaded
