My reason of looking at other job opportunities

I enjoy working at Kingsway college, i love the experience im getiting here also working in a team sharing our different view, but i feel like i need to gain more experience i guess its time to look for something that is more challeging with lot of supervision as working in Kingsway college has lack of supervision, our mentor didnt study Marketing but Office admonistration so mostly we are exposed to Administration work of wich i studied Marketing and im passionate about Marketing

Cons: No supervision from our mentor
