I have learnt a lot from my previous jobs
I have worked for Khethimpilo for past four years and it has been a good journey. I have good relationship with all the components that we have which are Clinical, support services (HR), Community services, Pharmacy department and social department. As we all know that each and every work has its own challenges, but the most important thing is how you handle pressure and try your best to meet deadlines. It is important to me to learn from my mistake and try not to repeat one mistake. In my current job the most challenging thing is that they will give me deadline, that needs thing now, but I always try my best and its important to give report all the time even if you can not deliver on time.

Bad environment
No trainings offered for staff, poor managent style. Long working hours. Qualifications are not recognised, no promotions. There is no transportation allowance.

Attention to detail
I work and interact well with people because of my good listening, leadership skills and I am able to work individually as well as with a group. I have obtained 1 year experience as Administrative Clerk at the department of EducationI and I've also participated in the 5 months contract in similar position at TB/HIV Care Association working with Tier.net database electronic system. I hope to invest skills in the organization to the maximum of my capacity so that I become an asset and to better my professional character in the process. I will highly appreciate the consideration of my application.

Good working conditions
Working well with colleagues. Working according to the day's goals to meet deadlines. Working hours flexible. Company benefits such as medical aid and provident fund. Time off in lieu of overtime worked. Airconditioned office. Comfortable work space. Passion for the work i do. Sometimes stressfull due to the volume of work to complete in a short period to meet the required deadline. Gained skills by working on Papertrial system.

Good approach
An everyday work is doing admin work. Capturing of new employees file or updating employee documents. Receiving of medical aid and health insurance cards or taking queries concerning these. Booking employees for training and capturing training feedback Building a good relationship with employees and managers- all business stakeholders, this it make it easier to communicate with me and with them. I have learn to be respectful, high level of confidentiality, be flexible and willing to learn and excellent customer facing.
Pros: Get to learn about the company as a whole cause you not only dealing with the employee but also leqarning about the company culture and its values
Cons: You always working even after hours, employees contacting you about their challenges at work

I work as nimart nurse
Clients not to return for their review dates. I can socialize with my co-workers and have a good understanding with them. I have learnt to be patient and listen to others , also understand the way of living. I really enjoy to see my clients improve day by day. It's very challenging to have clients that are virologycal unsuppressed, due to not adhering to the treatment.
Pros: I am dedicated to my work, I can go extra mile to do what ever for my clients to get better. I am their advocate.
Cons: I work and attend meetings, write reports on time.
