I have learnt to work in a big organization and to work under lot of pressure.
In a day I have to do daily calibrations, do troubleshooting for faulty equipment and report when necessary. I do verification of CCPs and OPRPs. I do analysis of products before proceeding to packing. I do online checks before packing of products. I work closely with production people to do adjustments when product fails. I do verification and approval of labels before being packing ensuring the correct shelf life, allergens and logos. I do line approval before using of lines. I do housekeeping and report areas that needs to be closed to relevant people. I learnt to work in a team and as an individual. I learnt to manage pressure. I enjoy working under pressure it keeps me on my toes and gives me experience.
Pros: Good word experience and learning about quality,safety, and food facility
Cons: Lot of overtimes, throughout the year

It was good job for me,i learned a lot,of how to handle the pressure,when you are working
I was packer and operator sometimes but i learned to work as team,because i learned to work in different position.how to make gemz ,and crunch and fondant.and i know all of these products.what i enjoying most ,it is when i mixing powders for making gemz and also when im packing pallets For crunch.
Pros: i am a operator now.
Cons: im working different shifts about 8 hours into all of them

Excellent company for starting to work
I'm Bhekithemba Dennis Sithole, health and honestly, person who always put his work first, person who always strive for the best. I'm person who hands on one his oparetion, the company is challenging every day, too much pressure and they keep hiring new manager that make changes every now and then, they taking orders that more than staff capacity that leads to work very hard every day to balance the orders, but I Lern more things from oparetional to supervision level, I'm know how to use scanner's, computer because our system scadar working with computers programme.
Pros: no growth in the company
Cons: 12 hours shift long hours

Challenging job with excellent jo opportunities at Kerry Global
I work well underpressure with different Technologies and difference compliance standards. I work very well with dfferent people in Supply chain by making sure that raw materials meets the requirements of the FSSC 22000.I am also involved in the Training of production employees to make sure that they are aware of the prodecures that are in-place to control Food Safety.Working with diffrent suppliers by auditing and making sure the qulaity of the products is compying with FSSC 22000.
